The Refining mechanism rewards miners who delay claiming their winning $BORE.

• Whenever a miner claims their accumulated $BORE mining rewards, a 10% refining fee is applied.

• This 10% is redistributed to other miners who have unclaimed $BORE mining rewards.

This mechanism:

• Discourages constant small claims

• Encourages miners to build up and refine their balances

• Gradually shifts more $BORE toward long-term, patient miners
